    MARINATED TUNA Vielo style

    Ingredients:

    Tuna medallions

    Garlic

    Oregano

    Paprika

    Oil

    Vinegar

    Salt

     

    Method:

    Season the medallions.

    To prepare the marinade: crush the garlic, oregano, paprika and salt in a mortar. Add a good dash of oil.

    Pour the marinade into a pot, adding a good dash of oil and heat up until it boils.

    Add the medallions in the pot. Boil for five minutes and then add a good dash of vinegar until it starts boiling again; then turn off the heat.

    Cool down for at least ten minutes.
