    BOILED PARROTFISH Paco style

    Ingredients:

    1 Mediterranean parrotfish per person

    1 onion

    ½ green pepper

    ½ red pepper

    2 garlic cloves

    1 tomato peeled

    Potatoes 1 per person

    Parsley

    Water

    Salt

     

    Method:

    Pour water into a pot and heat it, add the red and green pepper, a quartered onion, the peeled tomato, two cloves of garlic and salt.

    When it is about to start boiling, add as many potatoes as guests there are.

    Once the potatoes are almost cooked, add the parsley and a fish per person; cook for some five minutes after it started boiling.

    Allow it to cool down for five minutes before serving
